My husband and I stayed in this property, comfortable and in an excellent location on the seafront with all services included. Thank you for the kindness, courtesy and professionalism of the Bollettini family and all the staff: Franco and Igor and all the staff. Nothing to say about the cuisine, here you can't think about diet, congratulations Mrs. Gina for the excellent home cooking. What can I say.....we will definitely return. Guidina and Massimo

Place of relaxation and well-being. Cozy and comfortable rooms. Hotel carefully managed by carefully selected staff to offer an experience that is adequate and consistent with expectations, making the customer feel welcomed and pampered at all times. The bar service currently entrusted to the bartender Igor who carries out a noteworthy job exceeds expectations. In general highly recommended also for the excellent value for money. We will definitely be back if there is a chance.

My daughter and I stayed for a few days at this property on the seafront in Grottammare. The rooms are spotless, well organized and with everything you need to make your stay extremely comfortable. The price also includes beach service in the establishment opposite. Excellent breakfast and always impeccable service. The welcome is warm and you really feel at home. It's a shame not to have used the restaurant service (truly remarkable!!) but it will be one of the many reasons to return.

We stayed at this Hotel. Two adults and three kids. We had a great time. Cleanliness in the rooms. Very good service. All our requests were accepted. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to taste their cuisine, but it will be an excuse to return. Thanks to Igor, Franco, Roberto and Francesco for making us feel at home with your fantastic welcome and professionalism.

A few days before leaving I requested some quotes in the SAN BENEDETTO area. They responded to me from the Caribbean in Grottammare and were available to find a solution based on my needs. So I start my stay with dinner and end with lunch. I confirmed the day before leaving. I didn't know the place, much less the structure. I felt comfortable right from the moment I arrived. Maximum kindness and professionalism. Room in line with a three star (almost 4), well furnished and with a very comfortable bed. Spectacular restaurant sector with excellent table service and excellent cuisine. Excellent structure also in terms of cleanliness. The sea is about 20 meters away. There are bicycles available and other services. My wife and I needed 4 days of absolute rest while celebrating our wedding anniversary. Objective achieved in full with the bitterness of having to leave again. In practice I parked the car upon arrival and picked it up when I had to leave again. To be picky, I can point out a parmigiana that didn't satisfy me (but that's a personal opinion) and the lack of a free socket near the bedside table for the battery charger (I had to use the one for the reading lamp). But I repeat this to necessarily find one thing that is wrong and that did not ruin, in any way, the spectacular stay. One thing is certain. We want to return as soon as possible. I forgot the strategic position of the structure located less than two km from San Benedetto to the south and with a cycle path of about 7 km to the north. They made me find a composition on the bed and when one of the owners found out about my anniversary, he made me find, in the room, a sparkling wine with a scented candle... truly a welcome surprise.
